  • Daily mantras that will instantly help you feel better about yourself
  • And much more!

Andy Chaleff is an American author born in Burbank, California, embarked on a transformative journey following the tragic death of his mother in a drunk driving incident when he was 18. Leaving the U.S. in 1990 to cope with the pain, Chaleff eventually channeled his experiences into his 2018 award-winning book, “The Last Letter.” Praised by Kirkus Reviews for its ability to intertwine personal narratives with psychological themes, the book chronicles Chaleff’s healing process and encourages readers to craft their own “last letter” to a significant person in their lives. In 2020, Chaleff introduced “The Wounded Healer,” documenting his nationwide journey focused on discovering radical self-love. Encouraging individuals to confront challenging truths with resilience, he explores relatable archetypes, from perfectionism to victimhood. Currently serving as the Director of Amsterdam’s Welvaren training center, Chaleff is also a mentor and advisor to various non-profits, particularly emphasizing education and parenting.
