Daily Tip
The key to a happy, healthy relationship is mutuality. Try and use phrases such as, ‘Sweetheart, how do you feel about this?’ You don’t want to say things like, ‘This is how it’s going to be’, ‘This is what I want it to be’ or ‘This is what I want you to do.’ By incorporating the other into your decision making, you are raising the self esteem of your relationship because you are making the other person feel warm, cozy and loving towards you.
