Start yourself on a path of recognizing that no matter what you’re feeling, it’s no one else’s fault. Even if you are feeling hurt or upset, no one can make you feel a certain way.  When you start to realize that only you can make yourself feel a certain way, it really sets yourself up for the responsibility of fixing what that emotions is.
